I had to contact the seller and “remind” him that I ordered the book~ it took nearly a month to finally arrive~

… I was quickly appalled at much of the “facts” open by the book. It is reasonably one-sided and regularly missses the right needs of many toddlers. Nursing beyond the first year has many benefits, including in the middle of night for some children. This book only gives one side on this issue (as well as many others) and it’s the negative one. I was also appalled by the recipe section. It contained only a few recipes and most of them were desserts. Toddlers don’t need desserts even persons that are “in excellent health.” I could go on, this book is off base more than it’s on. Overall, I feel sorry for the children whose parents follow this book’s advice.

This book is the Kid “Bible”. Anything and everything you ever wanted to know about what your kid is or may be experiencing is right here in this book. You come off looking like a pro when you need to clarify to your significant additional why you child is acting the way he/she is or feeling the way he/she is feeling. Like the book..can’t place it down, can’t say enough excellent things about it. I permanently have it with me.

Don’t waste your money – this book contains misleading and incorrect information! There are so many wonderful books on kid development, don’t waste your time with this one! The leader’s have a very narrow mind and only give answers that support their thought on how to parent as opposed to addressing the range of normal development and issues that parents face.
