To heck with “going green” – Manmade Global Warming is utter nonsense (or clarify why the icecaps on Mars are melting, too…) I use the shower-head cleaning technique to make sure I am getting the maximum force out of my environmentally hostile pulsating showers. This is a fun book, and you will be amazed at how versatile the product is. We’re fans of apple cider vinegar, by the way.

Lots of information on all kinds of uses for vinegar.
We are using some of them already to excellent advantage.
I recommend the book if you have an interest in the theme.

As with Lansky’s last book on uses for Baking Soda, this book is about the same. It would be excellent to keep in the kitchen for recipe thoughts and basic cleaning thoughts. Sorry to say, the only practical uses for vinegar are already out there and are common knowledge. The additional less practical and at times tedious uses open within are not really that fantastic, especially the ones that require body application of vinegar. One thought suggest splashing white vinegar under your armpits as a replacement for deodorant. Additional uses suggested smearing it on your feet, face, arms, hair and additional parts. No time for a bath?…No problem! Just splash on some vinegar! Why would anyone want to smell like vinegar??? As with the baking soda book, Lansky cryptically warns readers that she has not tested all the “fabulous” thoughts and to proceed with caution. Don’t get your hopes up with this book. After reading this total waste of paper, I have no doubts that I will be remaining loyal to my daily showers and lady speed stick.

This book is pretty detailed about a lot of things about vinegar that I didn’t know. I reflect vinegar is fantastic, and this book shares its history, uses for food and cleaning, how to make it and much more. I judge it is something every houshold should have. It can save you money by teaching you how to use vinegar around your home in so many ways. Its not a huge book, and it is written nicely.

Fantastic small book everyone should buy. I thought I knew reasonably a bit about using vinegar for something additional than cooking but,was I incorrect! After all these years of cooking, I learned that just 2tbsp.of vinegar could keep my eggs from cracking when boiling. Does so much, cleans windows, oven racks, removes calcium deposits on fixtures. One of my very best buys.
