If I followed the advice in this book, I’d be divorced, homosexual, athiest, and generally no one I’d want to be around. (I’m nearly divorced anyway, because my wife read the book, too!) Still, it points out some valid statements that, while I don’t judge they’re automatically excellent enough reasons to place a relationship lacking trying (especially when young children are involved) they do bring up the darker side of human scenery, like the inability to forgive. The Bible is a much better resource!

This book is written to ruin a persons life…. It says keep going place the one who likes you and does not mention kids, and how they are treated in this selfish act. I would only recomend this book to a name who I wanted to have a terrible life. leaving a name who likes you and your family tree just because you are “miserable” come on. that is normal for all relationships. I bet the leader cheated on their spouse, and was stuck between egocentricity and loyalty. and wrote this book to make them feel ok to place.

I have not read the book but read through the comments. It seems to me that MOST of the ones giving HIGH stars to the book are people that left their relationship and seem to have wanted to place the relationship prior to reading the book. While, the ones giving LOW stars are persons that stayed and wanted to stay prior to reading the book. Just going by that I would say, not a very excellent book if you are TRULY open to either staying or leaving, only if you are leaning toward leaving.

But, I find it appealing that when I read the several reviews here I noticed that the vast majority of readers either said that they had chose to place, or left me with the impression that they were leaning towards leaving.
I can only reflect of one review where the writer said explicitly that they had chose to stay.
Whether anything can be inferred by this observation, I am unsure. But I thought that it was appealing to note.
I guess what I’m getting at is this. I hope that this book does truly help me, and others, make an unbiased choice in their agreed relationship.
But for now, just based on the reviews, it seems that this book might be slanted to persons that have a trend to place their relationship.

This book was too full of generalities and things that if you are in this situation you have already considered and weighed out for yourself. It did not help at all.
