I share an earlier reviewers complaint that it is incorrect for Amazon to get us to write publishers asking for Kindle editions and then find these editions sold at the same fee as the print edition. I have Amazon Prime and that means I will get free shipping and handling if I order the hardcover edition. This will cost Amazon significantly more than WhisperNet, which must cost them pennies. It’s ridiculous to charge the same amount for a Kindle edition of a book as you do for a hardcover when you offer free shipping.

After looking for this book on Amazon when it was first unrestricted by in hardcover, I was disappointed that it wasn’t offered on Kindle. I checked the box provided by Amazon to let the publisher know I’d like to see it offered on Kindle. Now I find that it is available on Kindle, but at the same fee as the hardcover!!!
Thanks a lot Amazon. You use me (and others) to get the publisher to get in on Kindle and YOU are the only one that benefits! What greed. I refuse to pay a premium for a book that I can’t ever share! Not only will I not but it for my Kindle, or even in hardcover from Amazon… but I’ll go over to Limits and buy it there.

This book is incredible! I like it! You will too! Its a fantastic read, even if you’re a Yankee hater. Buy it! Ok… see? I can write a review for a book that I haven’t read yet too! Yipeeeeeee!
