This was more of a self help book than I expected or needed but it is a excellent read with a lot of fantastic quotes. I got it because I am fan of coach Tressel and O.S.U. Go Bucks!

Not one to buy positive motivational books I gave this one a try because I admire the leader. There is a load of thoughts one could adapt for personal use in this book. he leader does not try and sell you on ‘his program’. He is just sharing what has worked for him and his programs over the years. You pick and choose what you want to do with it.
It is also a excellent insite into a major college football program.
