I tried the recipes and they are tasteless. Most of the recipes have ingredients that are not regularly bought and go terrible before they are reused. There are not many entree recipes to choose from. It’s a waste of money.

I bought Ultrametabolism by the same leader a couple of years ago, and establish it to be the best information on nutrition for me. I also loved the recipes but wanted more. When I saw that this had come out, I ordered it and it’s full of a diverse selection of tasty, healthy recipes. Anyone should find some fantastic recipes in here.
