I am a mindfulness-based psychotherapist and mindfulness-based stress reduction instructor who has been treating adults and adolescents for over 30 years and highly recommend this workbook. This book offers such a wealth of wisdom and skillful guidance for teens! Gina’s depth of experience and understanding enables her to offer practical skills in a language and manner that teens can appreciate, resonate with and above all incorporate into their lives. From my experience there are very few people that can prompt and teach the foundations of mindfulness-based stress reduction as well as Gina does. This workbook can momentously benefit teens as well as the parents and teachers who want to see persons they care for thrive in a hard world. A must-buy for parents of teens that are struggling with stress!
