This is a very excellent book. This book and its companion, Walking on Eggshells, can bring sanity where you thought none existed. Welcome back to Kansas, Dorothy.

This is the companion workbook to Randi’s SWOE book. If you can get your BPD spouse to work through it with you, that would be a huge step towards building your lives better. If you’re already separated, it will help the non-BPD figure out what went incorrect, and that it’s not his/her fault.

I establish this to be a very beneficial resource to help teens dealing with recovering after dating a name with Borderline Personality Disorder. I would recommend this for additional professionals and parents.

This book has really helped my boyfriend know and cope with my bp, but when I read from it, I feel a bit offened. As if we are all grouped together and everything we do is because of our bp- like we aren’t allowed normal human emotions. As long as whoever is reading it can admit the book is a generalization and not every area applies to the bp in their life- I judge it’s reasonably helpful.
