I’ve read The Spark by Chris Downie. It has helped me get back on track in my weight loss effort. It has also helped me set some goals out there that I want to reach and they’re not all related to weight. There are a lot of helpful suggestions and he shows us ways to get our goals down on paper. There are a lot of excellent recipes and links to the online [...] site.
