This book runs along similar lines – it suggests eating locally for your traditional culture and eating for your individual genetic APO E genotype – especially where a family tree history of heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and chronic illness is concerned.

An enjoyable book with some fantastic recipes and as permanently folks simple to tweak things to your liking or needs as we all can’t eat every ingredient or use of certain spices etc so improvise and you will have some excellent healthy eats and like with any diet key is to get exercise in wgts and cardio combined.
