It’s a pity that the publishers reflect potential readers of the digital version of this book are Microsoft lovin’ PC users. I’d like to buy this book, but I want a digital book that I can read on my Mac. Why on planet didn’t they publish it using cross-platform Adobe Trapeze artist?

One major disagreement I have with the leader is that LIFE IS A MARATHON and not a series of sprints as he suggests. His assumption is incorrect and that’s where his model crumbles like a cookie. In real life, we experience constant stress; it’s the same experience we have running a lengthy. We have a goal, we pace ourselves, we hydrate and nourish, we dig deep, and finally go for the finishing kick! That’s how we want to live our lives. We want to win and everybody likes a winner!
There’s no real sense of victory in sprints, only a fleeting rush of adrenaline. A lot of factors can influence how and when we end a sprint. These factors can spell the difference of a few milliseconds. But a lengthy is cruelly frank. You either end it or you don’t; it’s up to how much you’ve trained for it and how much you really want it. Pure guts and glory, and no excuses. That’s what life is, isn’t it?

I’ll keep this brief, as I am now practicing what I have learned. Jim and Tony have really told it like it needed to be told! Indeed, how can one expect to achieve personal renewal lacking energy? I have truly been transformed by this reading experience, and can now shoot bolts of electricity from my fingertips. That’s energy baby!

I bought this book as a requirement of a Leadeship course. This is a self-help book with some appealing advice, but repetitive, not very well written, and many common sense advice as well. Overall, don’t expect much out of this book.

I was really intrigued and engaged by this self-help book, just by reading the excerpt of the book provided by Amazon.
There is no doubt that I will buy the book, sit down, and read it!
This book really has an impact on me, at least initially, before I read the entire book. The impact is just as huge as Covey’s 7 Habits.
The book has a new focus–Energy, not Time to drive people to excel physically, mentally, socially, and mentally.
Really, this book has a similar uderpinning like 7 Habits, except the two books took different routes, styles, descriptions or analogies to present the materials.
Throughout the years, I have read a number of personal development books. I have been positively addicted to this type of performance enhancing books. More or less, I have been overdosed with positive messages, and try to practice what I have learned from all these “positive dosages”.
I must say that not all new books on personal development these days deserved to be read or bought, including Covey’s new books in recent years. Most of them are either unmeaningful line extensions of some so-called motivational gurus’ work. Some are just cliche–repeating ancient thoughts or content on personal development.
Read this book. You will find a lot of new insights, and will benefit from it in this worldwide economic downtime.
Trust the authors! I read some of their previous books. Not one of them has disappointed me………..
