I am a certified weight consultant & the leader of Asian Slim Secrets. I can agree with the leader that lean meat, seafood, fruit & vegetables are healthy. But, I do not agree that one should get rid of cereals and legumes from their diet. It is not consistent with the food pyramid. Unprocessed cereals and legumes contain a lot of fiber and resistant starch which are beneficial for weight loss.

Does anyone really judge they can stay on this diet for a part of time? The ‘thought’ behind it makes sense, but it’s not varied enough for REAL humans of this time. Sorry, that’s my feeling on it. A waste of my money. I was interested in reading about it, so i finished the book. Then gave it away.
