This book was very disappointing! The concept behind the book is very valid, sorry to say the language and writing style do not hold up. I establish the book dull, repetitive and ‘unenlightening’.

A total disappointment. This book just tells you you have to be mindful of what you are doing, with small detials showing you how to achieve the mindfulness. A perfect waste of money.
That said I have to say that I am reasonably impressed by some of the additional books written by the leader.
