Although the book has some excellent points, the elimination of any food group is NOT healthy!

I have tried this plot for 3 weeks…..I have never been more cranky and tired (even while pregnant) in all of my life. The variety of food that fits into this ridiculous DIET (that’s what it is) is minimal at best and expensive. I am a right cheese lover and veggies are my favs….until this plot. I can’t even stomach the thought of eggs, meat,nuts,cheese and sugar free jello. The cinnamon muffins taste very similar to green beans (soy flour) and are so dry my spouse says it would be a fantastic loofah. I didn’t care if I ate anymore…the food I was allowed was horrible…it tastes over processed and leaves you feeling hungry. I have lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks and have had no change in my blood work. I followed this to the letter and let me tell you that is very confusing…. the basics are laid out(not details) but it makes you feel like a child as you need to e mail her to question if you can have this and that ….like dreamfields pasta only 5 palatable carbs but, is that net carbs??? who knows and I no longer care. I lost 30 lbs switching to whole grains and eating more fruit and veggies and felt better. BIG WASTE of $$$$$$$ I am not a doctor and have no medical background…I can only write my personal experience. If it doesn’t feel excellent don’t do it. My type 2 diabetes is well under control now.

This book is a joke. It is nearly impossible to suffer that long to lose a couple of pounds. I feel like a idiot for attempting for 3 weeks. I am extremely disciplined, but this plot is ridiculous.

I know I am not bright but boy this book has me so confused. I just received it in post and for the life of me can not know one thing about this miracle. Additional than eat what we know we should! low stout/vegs, etc.
I want to get it but I am guessing I will not . LOL
I would say huge waste of dosh for sure!

This was not what I had hoped it would be as far as weight loss books.
The format is not simple to follow or look various subjects up …
I did not like this book at all!!
