I bought several health books (the Mayo Clinic Diet, the Perfect 10 Diet, master your metablism.) See my reviews for the additional books. The book is well written but it is not accurate in its information. They recommend a minimum of 3 fruits a day. This amount over 2 can have a negative impact on triglycerides especially for people with high cholesterol and who are not active. They lump protein and dairy together and go on to recommend 7 servings!!! Harvard Researchers establish out that adults do not need any dairy. I reflect that the Mayo Clinic should be a leader not a laggard. I recommend the Perfect 10 Diet wich has a right pyramid.

I expected more recipe thoughts. There were very few. The information contained in the book wasn’t new.

I bought the “Diet” book but had to order the journal so I will start as soon as I receive it. Looks like it will be simple to do. I have a dozen or more weight reduction books but I am hoping this one does the trick. I thought it would have more recipes. Too, the recipes are for 8 servings but I can convert to 2 servings.

I finally got around to reading this book, and it has alot of excellent things, ways to change unhealthy behavior. I haven’t ongoing the plot yet, but I reflect it’s a excellent plot, not a diet plot that restricts certain foods.
