Best friends Lydia and Milena share all of their secrets, well nearly all of
them. Lydia is in a relationship with Glenn, but she is having an affair with his best
friend Phil. Milena has lived a very secluded life as a veterinarian, taking
care of her patients and blocking out physical relationships after her
heartbreaking split from Jacour. When she decides to end her drought, she goes
all out juggling Jacour, who still has a part of her heart and Josef, a down on
his luck man who stepped in and helped her out in more ways than she ever
imagined.
“The Hot Box” is an intriguing tale from take in to take in. The storyline has just the
right amount of drama and made for the perfect backdrop to the steamy like
scenes and the emotional pull of the characters. Zane took the time to renovate
the characters so you felt the tension and chemistry, building it simple to identify
with the characters. Don’t reflect you can read a few chapters and have this
tale figured out; just when you reflect you are inside the leader’s head and have
it all figured out, along comes a twist that will have your head spinning. If you
like Zane, pick it up. If you like drama, pick it up. If you are looking for a tale that won’t have you ready to go onto the next book, I recommend you give “The Hot Box” a try.

Zane’s done it once again! I absolutely loved this book. Just because it’s not like her usual sexcapades in her novels, I doubt the readers will be disappointed. This tale pulls you in and you read each line, each page like it’s happening to you. Certainly gonna read it again and again, like all of her novels. Congrats Zane! You did it again.

I loved this book too! So many areas of this tale hit home for me….Thank you Zane! I admire sistahs who get what they need from men…I wish to be like them, even if it is only in my dreams! I could never, in reality, have a relationship with two men at the same time because in persons rare instances that I happened to ‘like a name else’, immediately my heart made a choice to place my current relationship or never go back to the ‘a name else’. I was not able to continually do both. This was a very entertaining read and I can permanently count on Zane to give me a surprise and a smile. ~v~

I really like how Zane makes a masterpiece every time. This book was really intriguing for me. I felt the characters in so many ways. My life was just like Milena. Shelterd because I allowed everyone else to dictate who I was. Many people go through life with struggles and everyone has them. I thank you Zane for bringing this to everyone’s attention about reality. Thank you for permanently bringing the truth no matter how you gotta bring it. Thanks Zane!!!
