the book is fantastic it only gets a 3 because there really isnt a matrix system. I suppose if the book was translated into a software tittle it would be much simpler to use.

I bought this book as a gift for a name that cooks. With its detail on mixing ingredients for different flavors I feel that it will be a fantastic gift.

How anyone can give this 5 stars is beyond me. Just a batch of random ingredients with no pointer whatsoever. This book only irritates me when trying to read it. Garbage for persons who can’t cook or read. Best used as lining for your pet’s cage.

Very disappointing compared to What to Drink with What You Eat. Basically hackneyed the approach, but it doesn’t really work with this theme. Too elementary and not especially useful, unlike What to Drink, which is far more polished and a constantly useful reference.
