yes he can cook , yes he knows a bit about food science .. but geez watch his hows etc he is so arrogant and rude he thinks he knows everything ..well he knows alot but not everything , in england he is a laughing stock ….marvel why they clogged his restaurant down …

What a waste of money, time, money…photos border on the hideous; who cares what kind of briefcase he took to a job interview?.. I wish I had returned it or maybe just place it in my fireplace. A crushing disappointment and, again, a huge waste of noney.

Having eaten at the Stout Duck in Bray, UK and loved it very much, I was nervous to receive this book. It is everything I hoped it would be. It is a gorgeous book full of fantastic information and illustrations. Very high quality paper and binding. A must for serious cooks. It is well worth the $150.00 I paid for it on Amazon.com.
