Robert Jordan’s The Eye of the World teaches kids an vital lesson about lying. In this delightful book, kiddies will giggle as a small girl learns that lying isn’t excellent, but sometime a small white lie is okay. Jordan is the master of bedtime tales.

Don’t you people ever read anything of importance? This airplane literature stuff is a perfect waste of your time, money, and mind.

What a god-dreadful waste of time (WoT.)
This book has been going on for over a decade (read: century.) In Steven King’s The Dark Tower, he accomplishes everything Jordan does in half the time, none of the dull repetition, and reasonably a bit more style.
Also, its the greatest rip-off of all time. Reflect “In a hole in the ground lived a hobbit.”
Aes Sedai-wizards (istari.)
Hobbits-two rivers folk.
Aragorn-Lan.
Moirane-Gandalf.
Sauron-Dark One.
The ring-Seals
Christ! Can’t you see how terrible this charlatan is ripping you off?! This tale is completely uninventive, as is the setting. Normally, I’d just snub it, but its so disgusting that some people are pouring their hearts out about this trash.
“Better than Shakespeare!”
Don’t read this, the Sword of Truth series, Shannara, Xanth, or Raymond Feist.

first of all let me say that overall the veer of time series is a series u dont want to pass by. the books are for the most part well written but i have some things i need to say about it.first of all jordan can be very frustrating at times. the way he develops the male and female characters is just irritating. to clarify, all women reflect men are “wool headed fools” and they voice this very regularly. the men are the perfect steriotype of either heroes or reluctant heroes. Also most women are extremely gorgeous and for some reason have “huge eyes”.second thing, nynaeve al’ meara. most readers agree this character just irritates them. you will know what i mean soon enough.third of all, jordan like many additional authors, regularly seems unable to wrap up a tale. as a result some may find his books drawn out and at times dull. now on to the excellent stuff. the plot is fantastic. it is intricate and will keep you turning the pages. many of the characters, though they are at times predictable will warm your heart. the battles are epic and real page turners. Throughout the series you will follow the characters including three “ta’veren”, Rand, Mat and Perrin, as well as Egwene, Elayne and Nynaeve (to name a few). if you can make it pass some annoying character quirks and some unnecessary material you will revere this series.
Though i did not go at all deep into character development or plot, this review will give you a very excellent all-purpose thought of what to expect from the series.
Pleased reading!
