Product Description
Why is it that our current twenty-first century A.D. is so similar to the twenty-first century B.C.?
Is history destined to repeat itself? Will biblical prophecies come right, and if so, when?
It has been more than three decades since Zecharia Sitchin’s trailblazing book The 12th Planet brought to life the Sumerian civilization and its record of the Anunnaki—the extraterrestrials who fashioned man and gave mankind civilization and religion. In this new volume, Sitchin shows that the End is anchored in the events of the Beginning, and once you learn of this Beginning, it is possible to foretell the Future.
In The End of Days, a masterwork that required thirty years of additional research, Sitchin presents compelling new evidence that the Past is the Future—that mankind and its planet Planet are theme to a predetermined cyclical Celestial Time.
In an age when religious fanaticism and a clash of civilizations raise the specter of a nuclear Armageddon, Zecharia Sitchin shatters perceptions and uses history to reveal what is to come at The End of Days.

Sitchin can spin a tale of fiction that is inspired to say the least. He is universally despised in the astrophysical, archaeological, and past communities for his attempt to pass pseudo science off as fact. If fact is not what you are after, then buy this book and invest in a tinfoil hat.

FRAUD is a punishable criminal offense under all criminal codes and statues in this country, yet sitchen is a free man…is there no justice in the world?…He has committed fraud with his “EARTH CHRONICALS” series and what is really disturbing to me is,not his writing, but how many people judge this crap as if it is the truth….There is no Nibiru and the ANNANUKI are not gods…This whole tale is just sad

Zecharia has a plain imagination, and a genius for manipulating history fragments – a science fiction Jim Jones. What will be next? I for one, refuse to accept that I was genetically engineered from female apes by aliens during very ancient times. Ruled by aliens gods who governed the human race with a lust for power and by the navigation of the stars (sounds like Ronald Reagan).
Personally, I rather remained an ape then to be ruled by aliens who lived on a planet which is warmed by radioactive decay.
Christians, we have another fake prophet …. Sitchin. A name sould tap Sitchin on the shoulder and tell him “Christianity is about a spiritual realm; not alien and a rogue planet.”

I’ll be honest: I came across this paperback in the discount bin for $1, at a bookstore. It was raining cats & dogs, so I ducked into the bookstore to escape the pet collisions. I bought it only based on fee and the title: “The End of Days.” I had no prior knowledge of the leader or his previous books.
The “loud praise” listed on the inside take in gives a huge clue: “Brilliant and explosive!” says Erich von Daniken, leader of the “Chariots of the gods?” books. Well, who can naysay such a blurb from von Daniken?
Sitchin had me in stitches, as I perused his 2007 installment of “The Planet Chronicles.”
Is he serious? This has got to be a joke.
Here are a few examples of this “scholarly” work:
“In the annals of Man on Planet, the twenty-first century B.C.E. saw in the very ancient Near East one of civilization’s most glorious chapters, known as the Ur III period. It was at the same time the most hard and crushing one, for it witnessed the end of Sumer in a deathly nuclear cloud. And after that, nothing was the same.” (page 33, paperback edition)
A “deathly NUCLEAR cloud”???
In the 21st Century BCE????
Is he completely nuts????
In case the reader missed this small gem, on page 79, in BOLD PRINT, he says,
“That nuclear weapons had been used on Planet for the first time not in 1945 A.D. but in 2024 B.C.E. is fact, not fiction.”
Sitchin mentions a number of Near East sites that were supposedly launch pads for space travelers, the Anunnaki.
Our leader is a very weird bird.
Since I was completely unfamiliar with the professor, I availed myself of a bit of space travel, and visited the Wikipedia article on Sitchin. I heartily recommend the curious to read his biography there, and the accompanying articles off-site, if you don’t mind the space-time-continuum jump.
But, I cannot recommend this book.
I will add it to my small library of apocalyptic junk, to keep company with Tim LaHaye, Jerry Jenkins and Hal Lindsey.
