When organized into the EFT “basic recipe,” self-stimulation of these points by toucing or tapping has been demonstrated to rapidly lower anxiety, depression, phobias and additional conditions.
EFT originator Gary Graig takes the reader through the basic steps of identifying the emotional roots of their problems, and crafting a combination of words that will trigger a healing response. Infact he’s not even a quack because he’s not even a Dr.
I was suspicious after the first 4 paragraphs, beginning at the 3rd.
“You will also find occasions where you stub your toe
and will scratch your head while asking…..
“Why doesn’t it work in this case?” or
“Why does it work on everyone else but not me?” or
“Why does it seem to be stable in some cases and only temporary in others?”
or….or….or
These questions are all answerable but the answers are not establish in a manual such as this. They
come from experience and more detailed training. That’s why diligent students should go beyond
this manual and get our affordable [...].”
Diligent students, feh, he sees them more as diligent tools…
For 3 DVDs are upwords of $150.00 $$$$ Of sets of three DVDs. Wow, this guy must be sitting on a yatch somewhere thanks to a lot of desperate people in pain. For all of you who wasted money on the DVDs, as if your Dr bills aren’t enough, I suggest filing a large law suite against him. I live with Chronic pain and I know how desperate you can get, but know if it sounds too excellent to be right, IT IS.
I tried to bit torrent the DVDs just to see if they were fake as well and guess what, Bit torrent doesn’t want’em they’re so fake, if they worked, they would be littered all over the net. Guys like this make me sick-SICK-SICK!

It’s called cold reading and the placebo effect. You see, people who read this book are likely to judge that these asinine exercises work as opposed to us rational intellectuals, who judge in a small thing I like to call “science”. The high ratings this book received are likely the work of the patrons (who live in fairy tale land) and can “swear by it”. Who can blame them? Who can argue with them? Any logic clarified to these ‘lost causes’ can be swatted away easily. “Why aren’t these techniques more well loved if it, allegedly, works lacking fail to ‘lower or eliminate PTSD’, ‘back-pain’, ‘anxiety’, ‘guilt’, etc.. “Oh, you see, “they” [presumably the pharmaceutical companies, or any additional organization that can't defend themselves] don’t want you to know about them because keeping you sick ensures excellent business for these pill-pushers.”
I’ll be the first to admit that the pharmaceutical companies have a conflict of interest and use unfair tactics. The amusing thing is, though, so does this Dr. Craid… oh, that’s right, sorry, Mr. Craig. But why would I be so mad? Who can blame him?
I can.
And why am I so mad is this book was agreed to me to help me with my PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). I, of course, didn’t buy it, as I have a knack for sniffing out scams; it’s a gift, really. To appease the man who bought this book for me, I humoured him and memorized the “exercises” and, as the book has instructed, said, out loud, certain triggers and haunting memories while I tapped parts of my body: “Even though I am plagued with this memory of *********** that has changed me for the rest of my life, I like and accept myself” My head was in a noose not an hour later. Why? Triggers, certain words and situations can cause panic attacks, or unescapable transient depression, in patients with my condition. The act of adage aloud had done just that, for me. I survived.
If you are a PTSD uncomplaining (or a name with no money to waste on non-science from a quack.. oh, wait, non-doctor b.s. artist) please please please do not buy this book and place more money in the hands of this criminal. For PTSD patients, may I recommend Paxil: it worked wonders for me!

Fleeting and simple, sell a book cheap, sell expensive DVD’s to people willing to try anything to help themselves find solutions to their emotional problems. I feel like I am having the DVD’s pushed on me, when I can’t afford them. I am worried they may take advantage of people who are in real need of help. That would be sad. If these techniques are proposed to benefit the majority of people they are proposed for, then you would reflect that sharing the additional lessons on the DVD’s would be more reasonable in fee. I will stay with my older coping techniques. I’m not adage don’t try “tapping” and affirmations the book. If it works for you, then the book is worth the fee. I am adage don’t expect miracles.
