Pretty disappointed, not very many recipes and some of them are pretty simple. I had hoped for much more we will try the cookies as my son has been reading it and wants to try something.

Even though my kids won’t eat alot of these foods now (they are 4 and 2), I hope eventually they will start to like them. If I had prepared food like this since they were born, maybe they would’ve. But the book has agreed me many helpful tips to change their habits and incorporate healthy foods into their diets.
