This is a fantastic resource, with many classic recipes and techniques, but it’s not exactly healthy cooking.
There are very few whole grain recipes, no nutritional or caloric information or guidance, few low stout or dietetic choices offered. Nor is there much in it for vegetarians. Many of the vegetable recipes contained meat or meat byproducts such as meat based broth, bacon, etc. There isn’t even a recipe for a excellent vegetable broth that one could use as a substitute. While I didn’t expect this to be a health food cook book, there could have been more thought agreed to including recipes for persons who don’t want to eat high stout, animal centric, fattening foods.
So, download this as a resource, but be aware that it’s not suitable for persons who are watching their weight, diet or are vegetarians.

How come this product isn’t free for the kindle anymore?
It to some extent bothers me, that this book is now 9.99 since so many people have been raving about it. I cannot know why amazon raised the fee, and how many additional books this has happened too.
This sole reason has deterred me from purchasing this book.

I establish this book to be very useful in finding both classic and newer recipes. Honestly simple to follow and excellent when you’re looking for something new but not intricate.

When I heard about this before its relief, I was excited to see it–but the final product is leaner than I expected. I like the recipes for pizza, especially the thin-crust dough in 75 minutes recipe. Since it’s free, it’s certainly worth getting. I would’ve paid ten dollars for it, certainly. It didn’t have a lot of recipes that I would use, but that’s just me.
