I’m sorry but Mr.Lewis’ writing struck me as pedantic and dull. I was initially interested in his works because of my readings in grief literature. I couldn’t get into any of his tales. They seemed dry to me. I like the thought behind his “Screwtape Letters” but it didnt hold my attention. I am glad he is well read but personally I am just not into his books.

The book took a while to get here, and when it did, it was in rough shape for supposedly being groundbreaking new. I also learned I could have bought it for $5 cheaper from another online retailer. Not too impressed with this buy.

I ordered this book on November 19th and it wasn’t delivered until December 17th. Rumor has it that it was hurt in the mail and they had to resend it, but they never informed me.
