Growing up, all my friends would have described my family tree as a Christian family tree. I assumed all my friends were Christians as well. We all believed in God. We occasionally attended church. We were excellent people. Even though we believed in God, we didn-t know his word, didn-t know the gospel, and didn-t pursue his will. I have really yet to read Pastor Craig Groeschel’s book, but I have heard a message he taught at my Church, Elevation with the same basic principles as in his book. Pastor Groeschel is an incredible man of God who hears directly from God. The principles he teaches on are profound, and will cause your heart to swell for Christ. I whole heartedly recommend this book. Pastor Craig Groeschel defiantly has, it.

The chapter titles sound excellent. But the definition that the leader describes would not be Christian Atheism but Agnosticism, basically not completely knowing God.

I would certainly recommend this book to anyone! Craig’s writing style is incredibly authentic and simple to read, while the topic is hard-arresting and engaging. The truth in this book is hard to hear at times, but completely necessary for anyone calling themselves a Christian (or even for a name who’s not a Christian, but wants an accurate depiction of what Christianity is supposed to be).

I have not read Pastor Craig’s book yet, but I do know that he is a phenomenal man of God. I have heard many sermons by him and have really heard a sermon called Practical Atheist at Elevation Church which has many of the same concepts that are in his book. I can tell you that reading this book will challenge you beyond your wildest dreams and hope to read a copy of it soon!
