This is the second book in a week that I ordered, received confirmation of my order and when the relief date rolled around was told that this was no longer available in kindle format with no future kindle relief date set. Why is Amazon losing these contracts? Are they going to additional readers, such as nook, sony or iPad? How can these be yanked after they have been listed and sold?
