Nothing against the contestants on Largest Loser, but I was expecting recipes and menus from “experts”. I read the book nearly take in to take in and then place it in my give away pile. I didn’t even offer to share it with a name else. very disappointed. oh well!

This book is filled with excellent balance meal plans but for the average American family tree or person tiring to change forever, it is far to hard.
Of course some have the will power to focus on a committed change as this book suggest, but for most of us, this will be one of persons lost the weight and gained it back. diet diet diet don’t’ eat this do eat that , parts and so on. As I said persons with a strong will power will be able to do this the rest of their life but for most of us this is a tuff road to follow. We need simplicity and health
