At least my problem: approaching women in bars and clubs. I have had such a tough time breaking through my approach anxiety because I live in my head so much. Even if I turn my brain off and my confidence on, i have a hard time with what to say. Basically I’m horrible at icebreakers or openers.
I felt like this book was written for guys like me who have appealing things to say and can be amusing and attractive, but can’t get over that initial anxiety that comes along with meeting women. Basically the book gave me some engaging things to memorize and say and get the first few minutes out of the way. After that I relax and open up and be myself, which seems to be effective.
I like some of the additional books out there, but don’t really need the dating clarified to such a high degree. This has lots of difference conversation starters, so it should keep me busy for awhile!

Not even sure why I bought this in the first place. But some of the techniques really worked for me. I guess I wanted to find out if a book could really clarify in words on how to pick up women and that its not just this quality that you have or you don’t. I still reflect that to pickup a lot of women, its something that you grow up with and just “get” women and it helps to be attractive too.
But, I was a small surprised that there’s some book out there telling guys to say X and that is really does catch a woman’s attention and gets her to focus on you. Thats really what this book is about and then you really need some skills to take it from there.
Are you gonna have women eating out of the palm of your hand and falling into bed with you because of something in a book like this, probably not. But I can see how the conversations get ongoing and that seems to be a thing a lot of guys I know have distress with.
I’m gonna give this to my less successful followers and see if it helps them. I’ll report back if I remember it.
But really, for $13 and change, this is some excellent advice and appealing techniques on how to break the ice.

I took a leap of faith on this book and I’m glad I did. I establish this book because I bought one of the leader’s additional books that has nothing to do with meeting women. I didn’t even know there were all these books devoted to the theme until a few weeks ago and even though I thought they were all BS, I was shocked at how much I got into this book. It got me excited to go out more and be more confident and increase my social circle. I’m just starting out and I’m not really into the whole seduction scene, but I like meeting people and like meeting attractive women – of course!
I have no thought how this book stacks up against the additional similar books, but just language on this one, its all about persons nervous few minutes when you see a name you want to talk to, but don’t know what to do. I never know what to do and I just sit there and nothing ever happens. Based on this book, I’ve got some things locked and loaded to say and how to say it. First few times I tried this, I bombed. Terrible. It was all me though – just being nervous and unsure of what I was doing. It got better and better until now its like being on auto pilot. I jump in, get their attention, have a few laughs and then go on. I just keep doing it and doing it and doing it and more regularly than not, something comes from all the effort. Usually some phone numbers, one time I got a small kiss on the cheek. Kinda sounds sad, but it beats staying at home.
I don’t read many books unless I have to or I’m really intersted in learning something. In this case, I just took a leap of faith and after cracking it open, I really got into it. The leader has books on really different subjects but I can say that both of the books I read hit the mark.

If you’re just getting ongoing with PUA and seduction, I would start with this book just to get the ball rolling. Personally, I got way way too into the huge body of pickup knowledge before I ever ongoing trying it out in the meadow and I came to the conclusion that I would have learned much more, much quicker by just jumping in and building approaches at the very beginning. I also wish this book existed two years ago because it what I would use and now recommend to start building approaches and learning on my feet. But it’s available now and I reflect it’s a fantastic starter guide to all things PUA.
I reflect a lot of guys are like me and just study and analyze and try to get all this unstoppable technique internalize before ever trying it out and seeing what works best of our personalities. I finished up back where I ongoing, stuck in my own head and just overthinking about how to approach and what to say. This book gives you what to do and say in the first few minutes and then you’re on your own, which really is how it should be. Being some social robot and following a speech or system all the way to a Close isn’t going to be a foolproof system. Gotta be able to reflect on your feet and work with what’s going on.
Anyway, even though I’ve got the confidence to make approaches any time I want, I don’t permanently have a fantastic opener and that’s how I’m using this book. I xerox a few pages and take them out and refer to them in the bathroom and then go try them out. Maybe that’s weird, but it works for me and probably for most additional guys.

This one focuses on “opening” or approaching women, starting conversation and building on that to make attraction.
The openers are amusing and the chapter on Body Language is a must for any guy wanting to improve his pickup skills. Lots to take in at first, but I ongoing incorporating some of the tips on the confident body language and already noticed some improvement.
