There are so many better books on the market and this is reasonably frankly unimpressive. If Schiffman is a excellent salesman he does not demonstrate it. I had phone interaction with him once and establish him to be obnoxious. The only excellent thing about this book is that it doesn’t cost much.

What I got out of this book more than anything else is the importance of getting into the habit of reviewing your performance on a continual basis. It`s so simple to slip into terrible habits lacking realising you`ve done it and what worked before isn`t permanently going to work now. As a writer myself, I know the importance of reviewing your work and as a salesperson the same rule applies. A fantastic book and one I am in the habit of going back to monthly to keep me accountable to myself.
