This book is not only informative, but fun to read as well. Use of humor is peppered throughout the narratives on each topic. The information is simple to know lacking being “dumbed-down”. Everyone should read this book. I even bought a copy for my Aunt!

I’m trying to eat foods that contribute to my health as a replacement for of degrading it, and this cookbook is certainly helping. It has some fantastic recipes I’m trying, and the text about why to eat “this” are enlightening; some facts I’ve read before and others are new, and it’s all well written. It’s well worth the money, and I’m reading it slowly to savor and incorporate it into my life.
