Throughout his work, Aquinas cites Augustine of Hippo, Aristotle, and additional Christian, Jewish, Muslim and very ancient pagan scholars.

the fact that the summa is being sold for 99 cents is mind blowing in and of itself and warrants a couple of comments. first, it is a sad statement of society that something so vital is held so cheaply (but it works for me, since i am jobless). secondly, there is only one thing that could possibly top this offer, having this in latin. one can only question so much for so small.

The above posts place it best: The Kindle is worth every penny simply because it holds, in it’s slim frame (in order of importance to me)the Bible, the Summa, and the perfect works of Shakespeare! Honestly, if you have persons three books, you have no excuse for boredom for the rest of your life, provided you have your Kindle on hand.

When I bought my Kindle I had a small pang of regret… “was this REALLY worth the money?” I thought to myself.
And then I ongoing shopping with it.
This is the ENTIRE Summa Theologica, This is THE medieval masterpiece of Theology; it still in my opinion the greatest work ever written next to the Bible.
The content of this book is remarkable. This edition has a perfect linked table of contents. It has the entire text. It is PERFECT.
Of course, there is the fee.
The ENTIRE Summa (all the volumes) for A BUCK.
