What a horrible customer experience. I have still not received the book after nearly 6 weeks. The company sending the book is not Amazon (a 3rd party company) and it is impossible to get a hold of the company for them to even tell me where the book is. There is no phone number to cal, only a generic email take up that never gets responded to. I thought Amazon was all about the customer. What a dissapointment!

I’ve just received this book. My intention is to use it with my clients. At first glance it looks like it’s going to be a very useful tool.
