Perhaps I didn’t read the description carefullly enough when I ordered it, but this map is ONLY of the mall and the immediate surrounding areas from the Washington monument the Capitol, and from the White house to L’enfant plaza. Does not even go as far as the Jefferson Mem. But it does fold tiny. I have generally liked Streetwise laminated maps, but now I wish I had ordered the more perfect Washington map.

This was my second time to Washington DC and my first time with a Streetwise Map. This was so useful when we were in the downtown area and was so simple to carry. It folded up tiny enough that you could carry it in any pocket or your purse. It also included the Metro map which was useful since that was our main mode of transportation.
This was eligible for Amazon Prime 2 day free shipping which is wonderful.

This small map was fantastic! It’s just the right size to fold up and place in your pants pocket. Informative and simple to read, also has a map of the metro system which is really handy. It’s laminated so it does’nt get torn or ripped. well worth every penny!

The buy was a gift, but, being from there I thought the brochures/books/maps were an brilliant choice for even a name who has lived there. I especially liked the 25 walks and the restaurant guide. The receiver was very pleased and excited about getting to know more about D.C. and very much loved the gift..
