Though this book doesn’t live up to the previous one by Francis Chan (Crazy Like), the heart of the writer is still there and his message still rings right. There are a few areas of, what I felt were over-simplifications perhaps, but all in all, it was a worthwile read, and I’m glad I selected it up. You can read this one in a day or two–it’s quick and simple and anyone can delight in it.

For anyone desiring to know Holy Spirit in a deeper and more personal way this bible study is for you. Francis Chan gives very practical ways to grow in our understanding of Holy Spirit and how He works in our lives. It is also very challenging as he takes us to task about doing what God wants and not just learning about it. I would encourage every Christian to get this study.

I first read the life changing book Crazy Like by this same leader. I thought nothing could compare…until I read Forgotten God. I have only a couple chapters left but I find myself on here looking to buy more to give them away!! This tale I have heard from others as well. The tale of reading one or both books, buying as much as you can and then giving them away to people you like. If you are looking for truth and like and Peace beyond what this world offers, then please, don’t miss this chance to learn they way God has plotted our lives to be.
