lots of yummy recipes! i haven’t tried any yet, but i’ve been building raw foods for a long time and i know that i will be trying some soon. i only wish that there were more pictures. i am a visual person and the pictures get my imagination going. i usually won’t buy any recipe/cook books lacking pictures to go with the recipes. it makes a huge difference! but the recipes look really fantastic and innovative.

I just received this book yesterday. Today, my 8 & 11 year ancient children and I made the Chocolate Ice Cream. A HUGE HIT!! Even I wanted to lick the bowl!! And my 11 year ancient daughter said she wants to make this as a replacement for of “regular” ice cream from now on… I am new to a raw lifestyle, I hadn’t ventured in to raw desserts yet… and this book has officially blown me away! This ice cream was so chocolatey and rich, it tasted just like a gourmet “premium” commercial treat… but so much more satisfying knowing it was raw and healthy! Can’t wait to try the additional recipes… next up, we will be building the Fresh Fruit Tart and the Chocolate Cream Pie… I can’t wait!!!

I just made the banana cream pie — Really 2 of them, and I am pleased I did because this is really incredible! Desserts that are free of dairy, eggs, white flour, white sugar — pretty incredible when you learn that they taste better than persons counterparts as well!
