I was never sent the product. I was informed that it was “undeliverable” although I gave you the right take up information.
I was not agreed the opportunity to correspond before my order was cancelled, and no one responded to my e-mail.
I was extremely disappointed in the services that were never provided.

The product was never sent. I e-mailed the supplier X3 per Amazon’s policy and the seller never responded to my inquiriers. When I contacted Amazon, they did follow-up for me and refunded my $$.
Very disappointing that this happened.
I would rate it zero stars for service through this supplier (not Amazon, it was a used book buy)

The time of manner of language was brilliant and the product arrived in brilliant condition. It is what our physician expected and is being used to train our technicians and nurses.

This should have been one of the ‘for the dummies’ series. It’s written like a book for a kindergartner, and unless you delight in persons types of books that automatically assume you know absolutely nothing (and I mean ‘NOTHING’ at all), you will go crazy reading this book. This book will give you surface knowledge (not understanding) that is just enough to make you appear smart in front of additional kindergartners. If you want to really learn and know EKG, go for additional books. I reflect simplicity is permanently the way to go, but you are talking about mental-retardation-quality simplicity in this book. I am surprised that Dr. Dubin doesn’t start the book w/ lessons of alphabets and numbers.
If you reflect that you can learn quicker because this book is ultra simple, that’s a incorrect reason to pick up this book. Even for a very simple concept, this book will spend tens of pages to make concepts even more obvious. It’s like this: as a replacement for of teaching you that 1+1=2, it will show you pictures of an orange and question you what it is. And then next page, it will show you another picture of orange and question you what it is. The next page, it will tell you that the two pictures you saw are oranges, not apples. The next page, they will show you an apple and tell you that they are not oranges. On the next page, they will place the two oranges together and question you again what they are. On the next page, they will tell you that they are oranges. On the next page, they will place 2 apples together and tell you that they are apples, not oranges. On the next page, they will tell you that there are now 2 oranges. On the next page, they will question you how many oranges there are. You answer 2. On the next page, it will tell you “excellent job!” and tell you that 1+1=2. If this is not frustrating, this book is for you. If you have no hair left by this point, you don’t want this.

This book was to some extent helpful for learning how to interpret EKG’s. It could be a primary resource for EMT students. Medical students will probably need a more detailed resource to clarify more detailed concepts, such as action potentials. Sorry to say, while searching for this book, I establish out that Dale Dubin was convicted in 1986 on drug and child pornography charges, and sentenced to five years in federal prison. You can google “Dale Dubin convicted” or check out snopes.com for the tale. The book was excellent, but if I had know what he did, I would not want to support his book. What a disappointment.
