I bought this book and Gloria Loughman’s additional book, Luminous Landscapes. I also had the pleasure of taking a quilt workshop with her this spring. Gloria is a rare breed, a talented artist that can also teach! The class was fantastic and it reflects what is in the book. She has some fantastic thoughts and techniques to make art quilts simpler to design and perfect. The books are excellent companion pieces and have a lot of helpful information.
