But the book useless. No information on Kaizen.
I thought I might have received incorrect book, but no, I received the right one.
The leader never saw a Kaizen.
I am ordering additional books on topic. I advice you do the same.

I was so tired of reading about case studies of additional people’s phobias I could not continue reading. This is the same ancient speechifying about how to eat an elephant?…….one bite at a time. Take one tiny step and step over this book. Use the money saved on this book to pay off a credit card. Go read anything by Dr. Wayne Dyer.

This book is a must have. While reading it there were a multitude of moments that resounded with me. I liked it so much that I bought this book for my family tree members for Christmas and they all have establish “aha” moments while reading it.
