This is a fantastic book, a flat out masterpiece.
I can’t wait for “Bush and his conservative idiots: How the conservative machine gave us two wars, illegal concentration camps, wire tapping, used our own religion to brain wash the rest of the country and, sank our economy to the ground – not to mention the fact hat we gained more enemys around the world”
Obama is far from perfect but he was still the best alternative. If you want to talk about the state of the country, talk about the “man” who left it that way, not the man who is trying to turn it around.

Well, it is rather simple to figure out what this book has to say even from the title. If in doubt, quickly read the first chapter and everything becomes very clear. So, if you take place to already agree with the leader (lacking, of course, reading the book) you will probably delight in a nice pat on the back reading a name who helps you nurture your opinion. Sorry to say, this is where it will stop, this book fails to strengthen any argument due to the book’s strong bias, regularly degrading references to the subjects it covers, and sheer lack of healthy discussion. Healthy discussion usually attempts to analyze the facts, preferably in most unbiased way, allowing the reader to form their own point of view.
On the additional hand, if you disagree with the message of the book, you won’t find much food for thought here either, because no real challenges are open. So, all in all, the predictable simple man’s opinion in the printed form. Your enjoyment relies only on your a priori view regarding Obama and his policies with respect to what the leader has to say. Not much will be changed, and, most certainly, this book will not help educate you or strengthen your opinion either way.

Come on. . . was this book just to make the leader a small money? Conservatives gave us a pointless war with thousands dead and an economic disaster like none seen in several decades. Who, with any real intelligence, would vote to continue on that tract?

Any yahoo with an opinion can write words down – that does not make him a writer. Let alone a writer capable of intellectual depth. Mattera barely qualifies as the ‘yahoo’ in this case. An empty book full of the same tired, whining complaints and cliches that exist in all of his ‘research’ material (the books of additional hacks – Coulter, Hannity, Beck, etc.) There is nothing new or dramatic in this so-called examination of the ‘liberal machine’. Waste of time, waste of money, waste of space on the bookshelf. Mattera should learn to organize his thinking before he attempts a writing project; should also learn how to research and how to effectively illustrate a point. Perhaps the worst sin of this book is that it is incredibly dull.

Mr. Mattera shows no insight what so ever with this diatribe, the young man simply regurgitates the talking points we all hear constantly from the far right noise machine. No only is there no original thought here the writing style is weak to the point of apt monotonous. The only people who are going to delight in this work are Jason’s fellow far right zombies, thinking people are going to drop this piece of garbage into the fireplace where it can at least serve some useful purpose by providing a moments heat
