I liked this book. It helped me sleep better. The logs were simple to do, made sense, condensed information for me to get a feel for what was going on sleeping and waking. I made them into an Excel spreadsheet.
His reassurances helped me to relax- I am in control, I can function for awhile with less sleep, when I become deprived a certain amount I will sleep- all of persons were right. That helped me “go with the flow” and let me cool down and sleep better. The tone of this book is very reassuring.
I don’t sleep like I did when I was 25, but I’ve establish I sleep well enough and have improved by doing this program.
