I was studying the take in of this book and something about it bothered me.. and then it hit me. it was the fact that the picture on the take in has her on a CELL PHONE. yes, its supposed to be rapid food or whatever, but give me a break. who stirs pasta while sending a text message?

A month later and I have still not received the ordered book. Sending a request to review a book that is yet to be received shows significant lack of internal communication.

I can’t rate this product as it and additional products i ordered on amazon never arrived. It is my first time using amazon and I am a small dissapointed, I must say, don’t know if I will use amazon again.

Not having seen it, I can’t comment on the British edition. The American edition, but, was sloppily done. Many of the recipes call for ingredients that we either cannot get in the U.S., or are called by a different name. Too terrible.

I went through this book of recipes and only establish a couple of dishes appealing to me. Usually when I go through a cookbook, it makes me get very excited and want to try them all, but not this one. Maybe it’s because she starts off with a couple of fish dishes that I would never have thought of as ‘prompt’ dishes. So, I’m not commenting on her ability to cook, just on the recipes’ appeal to me.
