First of all post a shirtless pic of the leader, who might not be in shape. Second simply define full rest superset in one sentance! The Leader seems to know he goofed and then goes on this scatterbrained tirade about people not having basic information. lol Quit the bs dude and simply define your terms!! I still can’t make out from your scatterbrained english (no not having basic theme verb predicate sentances does not make you seem ‘in the know). Who has gotten ripped from this plot? Has the leader? Or is this another pseudo science money building essay??

This book has very small useful information in it. It proposes a bunch of exercises based on “natural” everyday movements and discourages all ears single muscle exercises or anything involving sitting (i.e. rowing). NO SCIENCE nor does the leader quote any studies to support his exercises.
Leader is not an practiced nor a real body builder. Co-leader might be but is pretty uninvolved in writing the book.
Huge print. Lots of words. Nothing useful to a beginner or a pro.

I was expecting this to be an simple read and simple to follow workout program,but this was not the case.They gave you workouts telling you to do 2or3 or4 times a week and this was misleading. Im more advanced and wasent sure what to do. I would stay away from this book.

Page 13. of the book, “when I conceived this book I had a brilliant premise: I would take every excersive in the gym and look at it in terms of possible role in human movemement.” Then later goes on on to list the moves they reflect are vital, even debating what should be included. There is no scientific method to this, only rumor has it that two individuals conceiving an thought for a book. I’m sure there might books are excellent, but this a “me too” book on core performance.

I bought this book based on the reviews here. The theory part of the book is excellent, and the leader will make you delight in reading the book no doubt (2 stars for him). But the workouts are not that excellent.. really different person who wrote the workouts. My example is workout B for Stout loss I. You start with deadlifts (which are excellent), and you end up with another Romanian deadlift which is basically a half deadlift. And I was wondering, have we run out of workouts already? Or do I have to split the weights on the 2 workouts to make it to the end? Another weird workout is the Bulgarian Split Squat where you have one foot up the bench behind you and leaning forwards and down on the additional foot. Now what happens if you lost balance? fall on your face most probably.. I never seen anyone in the Gym doing that awkward workout! Not done yet, in the same workout there is mixed grip lat pulldown.. with overhand it is ok and natural, but underhand doing lateral pulldown? weird .. Not done yet, in the same workout there is the swiss ball lateral roll where you hold a broom stick and lay down on a ball. well, i never seen a broom stick at the gym and they dont have one, and i even dont have one at home since i use a vaccum machine. In my opinion, it is waste of money if you are looking for excellent workouts, but it is a excellent book if you want to read about fitness theories.
