This is a wonderful book. One of the only really excellent ones I have establish for Milk soap building.
It is really simple to know for beginners and its also excellent for people who have been building soap for a while. It gives some fantastic tips and debunks some myths on milk soap building.
It has a few recipes for some soaps too, I tried a few and they were all reasonably nice, I altered a few to make them more personal (scent wise), my favorite is the Oatmeal and cinnamon (I used Lilac as a replacement for).
I loved this book and if you want to try milk soap building or already know how its a excellent book to read.
I also liked that it wasnt a huge brick of a book and its written soap building friendly, so it can be left open while you make some soap

Anne Watson has made another book which demystifies soap building. Many soap makers shy away from making milk-based soaps because of all the horror tales they’ve heard. Ms. Watson debunks many of persons myths and presents a very straightforward approach to dealing with the successful mixing of milk and lye. This is “must have” for any soap maker’s library.

I like this leader. I bought her first book and read it several times, and then bought this one. It helps to have read her first book on soapmaking before reading this one, but it’s not necessary. Her instructions are simple to read, simple to follow, and include a host of recipes. I would recommend her books to anyone who is interested in learning how to make soap.
