The does not look like the Workout book I got. Is this maybe a newer version? I would prefer it over the additional. But, I haven’t had time to really evaluate the exercises. Soon.

This book was OK but nothing that a person with any knowledge of body weight exercise wouldn’t already know. The exercises were all basic pushups pullups situps and body weight squats that included some variations of each exercise. It also had some plyo. type exercises and stretching advice, but again, nothing that most seasoned fitness people wouldn’t already know to some degree. I bought the book hoping that it would include some hard endurance type workouts but that was not the case. There is workouts included but just not what I was looking for, but for a name else they might be fantastic.
Overall, if you’re looking for a book that provides some body weight exercises to get yourself in shape this book will work for you, but you may have to up the intensity of the workouts depending on what kind of shape you are in presently.

I don’t know what it is, but I just don’t get into this book. I will pick up my Pavel kettlebell or Bobby Clark book over this one any day. It has some different stuff, but additional books are much more appealing and seem to be more hard core than this one. Oh and for some background…. I haven’t been into the gym weight lifting for many years. I prefer bodyweight and a now kettlebell exercises because you really get everything effective together unlike many weightlifting exercises which isolate.

Not A BAD BOOK FOR BEGINNERS. DOESN’T OFFER MUCH FOR ADVANCED BODYBUILDERS.STILL SOME OF THE EXERCISES ARE USEFUL FOR ALL LEVELS OF BODY BUILDERS

Book is concise, simple to pack along on a trip. Organization is a small odd, but there are a few excellent weight-free workouts, and lots of individual exercises you can mix and match. Nice reference for effective out on the road lacking facilities. Certainly work the fee.
