I have been reading this for couple of chapters. It is hard for me to know the concept of a boy with wings, too futuristic for me, I want to stop reading it, but feel I must since I paid for it. I was very surprised that Patterson name would be on a book like this…I liked his ancient books better. I will be more careful in purchasing books on Kindle, this was my first read on Kindle 2. Sad.

It’s my fault for reading this book having not read the first of the series. If you have you may like it; if you haven’t….excellent luck. I thought it was horrible.

Maybe it’s because I haven’t read the additional books in this series but I am finding this book very silly and hard to follow. Several references are made to additional books in the series, with an explanation of “But you already knew that”. Well I don’t already know what Patterson is talking about. He needs to give some background of the additional books in the series as a replacement for of just assuming that everyone has already read them. I am finding this book just unadorned silly and sort of like a cartoon. I can’t even force myself to continue reading it, let alone go back and read the others.

I like the series. Final warning was not my favirioute, but it defiantly got me onto a kick about global warmiNg. lol. but i am frightened to read this book because final warning wasnt the Best. patterson is an AMAZING writter, no dought.
