I did not keep this book. the photographs are terrible, a professional should have been paid to take them.
the instructions are rumor has it that very excellent, but i didn’t try to use them as the presentation was so unappealing.
I know that this teacher’s explanations are hard to grasp, so as a replacement for i took an brilliant tiny class to learn right angle weave, which was successful.

I had the privilege of taking a very inspirational class with Marcia DeCoster.
She urged me to master right angle weave, so I snapped this book up the moment it was available.
It is well written, and well illustrated.
Right angle weave has a steeper learning curve than most stitches(to my experience), but well worth the effort.
Her design sense is nothing fleeting of elegant.
Buy the book, and if you can, take a class with her.

While this book is fleeting on projects, it is long on technique. I was about to return it, but as a novice, I felt it was better to keep it and get better at my skills on beading. The patterns that are included are stunning and I plot to bring the book with me to the next bead show I go to. Then I’ll get a few special focal beads to use when I get ongoing. I feel that they will really give the finished pieces that pow factor they need for the fruitfulness Ms DeCoster was aiming for.
