What’s up with her new book building the cut? She clearly says, BOUNCE if your trying to lose more than 20lbs, this book is not for you. if you can’t do a regular push up, your a wossy… hello? thanks for the motivation, b*tch.. lol.. this book is just like the first minus all the crap she spoke.. it get’s to the point, but it’s so insulting.. if your not 130lb, this book is not for you..

I bought the book then took the metabolism test. I got the results went to the store and bought EVERYTHING on the shopping list. When I went to the first day to start the diet it had things on there that werent on the shopping list. Infact it has more recipes with stuff that arent on the shopping list then it does for stuff that is on it. So Im pretty frustrated that I bought a lot of food that I didnt need. I wouldnt recomend this book.

I only give this a one star because it just isn’t for me. There’s just no way I would follow the meal plot. I’m not that dedicated. I like Jillan’s DVDs, and I know she means business, but this book is just too much for me. If you are serious about sticking to her meal and exercise plans, then I’m sure it would be worth the money. If you are looking for a serious workout, then buy her DVDs. I can recommend the 30-day Shred and Largest Loser Form.

Fine book but a much simpler(and forever results), is to eat simple and exercise simple.
My fitness friend group has had alot of results from a book called Weight Training Workouts and Diet Plot that work by James Orvis.
Everyday food and simple workouts are plotted. We just follow them. Usually we walk 3x per week and lift weights 3x per week – about 30 minutes per workout.
And all 8 of us have lost weight or dress size. That is a first. Hopefully it keeps effective because I have not had to change my lifestyle at all.

I like Jillian. My wife questioned for her books about a year ago. I thought to myself why? My wife is not stout or even rotund, she was size 3. WOW my wife is now a 1 and is SUPER HOT. Really ripped and heads turn everywhere we go. Now she did place in the work and it was not 30 days. More like a year or so. But this book was the key. We have permanently be active. Wakeboarding, biking, hiking and active stuff. I have never seen my wife so HOT. BUY THIS BOOK. for wives, gfs, friends, friends wives. Follow this book and it will get you there. Everybody questions my wife what she is doing and she will not say but I am reviewing the book so BUY IT NOW. Thanks Jillian, I owe you one.
