I’m an intermediate sewer, and am having extreme problems doing one of the patterns. The directions are not point enough to really guide you on where and what to sew. Granted, I have only tried this one pattern (the last one), but shouldn’t they have edited the book so that they were ALL readable and made sense? This one sure does not and makes me so frustrated I want to throw it away.

This book is full of lovable, practical designs for handmade lunch bags and sandwich wraps. I’ve only made one bag so far but the one I made was simple, well built, sturdy and very attractive! Each bag was made by a different designer so no two are alike in any way and all are very fashionable. You could even add machine embroidery or applique to them before you sew them up. I already have fabric and notions for two more bags ready to go. These would make fantastic gifts. I highly recommend this book. BTW… don’t miss the cute bag made like a pig in overalls!
