I used to be a fan but there is nothing to see here. I thought Dean Koontz was the most formulaic pop writer effective today but I reflect Mr. Coben now has the title. Myron Bolitar is the tired everyman hero who is so one dimensional as to be laughable. The only appealing character in this series is Win who is probably Mr. Coben’s least favorite to write about.
Sorry Harlan, I will be trying to sell all of your books for anything I can get. Fortunately I received them from a friend who was moving rather than buying them myself.

The uncrafted scribblings of a shallow mind. Hopefully the era which produced the preconceptions of the man who produced this drivel is past its peak, and his reputation (How could he have one?)will rapidly fade from memory.

I NEVER RECIEVE THE BOOK, AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE 3 E-MAILS I SENT. IN MY OPINION AMAZON HAS MADE A MISTAKE LISTING THESE PEOPLE AS SELLERS. I HAVE CHECKED, AND AFTER MY ORDER, THERE ARE DOZENS OF UNHAPPY PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME. NO PRODUCT, AND NO RESPONSE FROM E-MAILS. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 4 WEEKS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER, AND NOTHING TAKES THAT LONG FOR DELIVERY.
