Though I haven’t ever seen a copy of this book in person, it has already momentously improved my Bento technique. I have been building box lunches for my fiancé since he went back to college this fall. Inspired by many blogs and websites, I’ve been slowly moving away from the “PBJ+apple in a brown bag” he got on his first day. Just reading the free sample pages here on Amazon brought about dramatic improvements, to the point where my fiancé called me in the middle of the day to question why his lunch was suddenly so awesome. This book is on my wishlist right now, (in college=in poverty) and I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy so I can improve my lunches even further. This book is fantastic. It is filled with cute and tasty looking recipes, and gives simple step-by-step instructions on how to make tasty dishes. The only downside is that a few ingredients might be new to persons not familiar with Japanese style cooking. Additional than that, I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to make very cute bentos
